After several years of effort, China’s machine tool industry has achieved a number of innovative breakthroughs in the field of key functional components. Representative products include: 1. HNC-32 fiber-optic bus CNC system and HNC-210A/B CNC systems. Developed by Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd., these systems all adopt an open, PC-based architecture, featuring 4 channels (expandable), a maximum of 32 coordinated axes, and a maximum LCD screen size of 15 inches, thus meeting users’ diverse needs ranging from mid-range to high-end applications.

1. HNC-32 Fiber Optic Bus CNC System, HNC-210A/B CNC System
Developed by Wuhan Huazhong CNC Co., Ltd., this product features a fully PC-based open architecture, with 4 channels (expandable), a maximum of 32 coordinated axes, and a maximum LCD screen size of 15 inches, meeting users’ diverse needs from mid-range to high-end applications.
This CNC system has been successfully applied to CNC machine tools at numerous machine tool manufacturing enterprises, including: the HL5001A seven-axis parallel machining center produced by Haliang Group; the HELIX-CNC-5D five-axis CNC grinding machine from Shanghai Heg CNC Technology Co., Ltd.; the MK2200 nine-axis six-linked CNC belt grinder from Beijing Shengwei Hongji Company; the XH716 five-axis machining center from Shandong Weida Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.; the A3 six-axis parallel machine tool from the Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; and the SWT850 five-axis machining center from Guihang Group.
2. GDS60 Fiber Optic Bus Open-architecture CNC System
Developed by Dalian Guangyang Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., this product enables high-speed, real-time information transmission between CNC systems, servo drives, device-level sensors, and actuating components. It features a highly reliable PCL system and a highly reliable control computing platform that utilizes the 915 chipset and supports most P4-class CPUs. The product boasts a powerful CNC engine capable of supporting 8-channel control, with each channel accommodating up to 32 axes in coordinated motion. It offers multi-level user openness and supports hardware configuration of machine tool controller devices. Equipped with robust data acquisition and data expansion capabilities, it provides synchronized data collection from executing devices via GLINK. Additionally, it features a 16,384-fold subdivider, significantly enhancing the resolution and accuracy of the motion measurement system.
Dalian Kede CNC Co., Ltd. has successfully implemented this system in the control of its KDW-4200FH horizontal turning and milling composite machine tool, achieving dual-drive control, direct-drive control, and multi-channel control. As a result, the machine tool’s precision and machining efficiency have reached the advanced international standards for similar machines.
3. TK62500 Direct-Drive Rotary Table
Developed by Yantai Global Machine Tool Accessories Group Co., Ltd., this product features a built-in torque motor that directly drives the rotary table, replacing the traditionally used gear-driven or worm-gear-driven mechanisms. It eliminates backlash and is equipped with a high-resolution encoder. The rotary table’s rotational speed can be up to ten times higher than that of gear-driven or worm-gear-driven systems, offering high speed, high precision, and high reliability. Key specifications: Rotary table diameter φ500 mm, table height 380 mm, maximum rotational speed 300 r/min, maximum torque 500 Nm, indexing accuracy 5", and repeatability accuracy 2".
4. SM Series Dual-Arm Milling Head
Developed by Dalian Guangyang Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., this product employs the company’s patented external rotor torque motor direct-drive technology. It can achieve a subdivision ratio of up to 65,536 times for the output signals of the dual-head angular measurement system and provides online precision compensation, ensuring high positioning accuracy as well as high speed and acceleration without any loss of precision. Compared with internal rotor torque motors, the external rotor torque motor delivers greater torque at the same volume, boasts higher mechanical efficiency, enables smoother operation, offers higher clamping torque, and ensures stable gripping. Key specifications: A-axis and C-axis maximum torque: 2,000 Nm; maximum speed: 60 r/min; positioning accuracy: 5". Spindle maximum torque: 130 Nm; maximum power: 27 kW; maximum speed: 18,000 r/min.
