In November 2025, the Zhecheng production base of Suzhou Agix Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Agix") officially achieved mass production. This milestone breakthrough marks another important step in Agix's domestic optical communication production capacity layout, further improving its global production system of "Suzhou R&D + Hebi mass production + Zhecheng supporting facilities + Thailand export," and solidifying the production capacity foundation for the company to seize the opportunities of the rapid development of the optical communication industry.
In November 2025, the Zhecheng production base of Suzhou Agix Optical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Suzhou Agix") officially achieved mass production. This milestone breakthrough marks another important step in Agix's domestic optical communication production capacity layout, further improving its global production system of "Suzhou R&D + Hebi mass production + Zhecheng supporting facilities + Thailand export," and solidifying the production capacity foundation for the company to seize the opportunities of the rapid development of the optical communication industry.
Agix Optical officially settled in Zhecheng County Diamond Industrial Park in October 2025, with a factory area of 6,000 square meters. It is a key production base carefully built by Agix Optical based on market demand and regional industrial advantages. Since its establishment, the factory has completed high-standard production line construction, equipment debugging, and personnel training. This mass production will primarily focus on the production of passive optical communication components, covering core categories such as fiber optic patch cords and optical connector assemblies. Leveraging Agix Optical's independently developed automated production equipment and mature quality control system, efficient and high-quality mass production is achieved, with a product defect rate controlled below 0.1% and a yield rate consistently maintained above 99.8%.
As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of optical communication products, Suzhou Agix has been deeply involved in the field of passive optical communication devices since its establishment in 2009, possessing 72 patented technologies. It boasts industry-leading technological advantages in core products such as FAU and MPO high-density connectors. Its 48-core MPO product is compatible with the 1.6T optical communication market and has successfully obtained NVIDIA GB200 platform certification, entering the core supply chain of AI computing infrastructure. Downstream customers include leading domestic and international companies such as Google, Intel, InnoLight Technology, and Fiberhome Communications. Previously, Agix had established three major production bases in Suzhou, Hebi, and Thailand. The Hebi base has an annual production capacity of 12 million optical communication equipment units, while the Thailand base provides localized supply for overseas markets. The mass production at the Zhecheng factory will create efficient synergy with existing bases, further enhancing production capacity and market responsiveness. It will also create over 800 high-quality jobs for the local community, achieving a win-win situation for both the company and the local economy.
The successful mass production at the Zhecheng factory is a significant step in Agix's capacity layout and a crucial step in its commitment to the domestic market and serving global customers.
